What’s new
Off Peak’s app connects to the live Off Peak platform, so improvements to its pages and services reach members when they ship, without waiting for a store update. This page records those improvements alongside Android app releases. Changes to phone-specific integrations may still require an app update.

Clearer signup and account controls
- Signup now gives clearer loading, error and retry messages when checkout cannot open.
- Members can request account deletion from their profile, with cancellation choices explained for paid memberships.
Better recovery when opening Off Peak
- If restoring your sign-in takes too long, Off Peak now shows a connection-retry message rather than leaving you waiting indefinitely.
Stay signed in between visits
- Improved sign-in persistence and restoration when reopening Off Peak.
- Temporary connection problems no longer automatically discard your saved session.
Easier-to-read screens
- Improved contrast for filters, navigation, venue information and membership screens.
- Clearer icons and links on announcements screens.
- More readable area-filter buttons.
Venue details working again
- Fixed a problem that could prevent venue details from loading.
- Clarified wording on signup, renewal and payment screens.
Send feedback with photos
- Send feedback directly from your profile.
- Attach up to three photos to help explain an issue.
- Your message stays saved if a photo upload fails, with an option to retry the photos.
Better browsing and clearer membership information
- Map and filters: preview venues before opening their details, return to your previous map position and zoom, and browse by broader regions. Based on tester feedback.
- Readability: more consistent logos and clearer text and reward buttons, including in dark mode. Based on tester feedback.
- Membership: pending and expired cards show their status and next steps more clearly; account settings include Manage Billing. The billing addition was based on tester feedback.
- Location and settings: improved handling of location-permission problems and saving account preferences.

- Added a public support page with account-deletion instructions.
